This report provides a summary and analysis of the presentations, discussions and recommendations made at the ECAP14 Workshop held 27 November – 1 December, 2017 in Japan. The five-day workshop consists of Presentation of Country Reports, Lectures and Site Visit, Discussion, and Presentation of Action Plans, on theme of “harmonious development of BEC / GBC, to strengthen and expand the ASEAN Energy Award System, and introducing advanced technology like ZEB in ASEAN area by the aid of Japan”. Attendees from 10 AMSs, namely Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, actively participated in the workshop to bring productive discussions and Actions Plans which are presented in the following chapters. The agenda of the workshop and the list of participants are shown in Annex-1.
