ECCJ presented a letter of intent on 22 Sept. 2014 that describes Japan’s commitment to supporting SE4ALL’s efforts on energy efficiency to Mr. Kandeh Yumkella, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Sustainable Energy for All and Chief Executive Officer, SE4ALL.
